This privacy policy applies to the Flux Files app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by CreateEase Studio (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) (for example, for ad delivery/network requests).
• Basic usage information such as time spent in the app (if ads or external services require it).
• Operating system version and device information (typical for ads/compatibility).
• Payment Data: When you make a purchase within the Application, the transaction is handled by Google Play. We do not receive, process, or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). We only receive a confirmation from Google that the purchase was successful to unlock your Premium features.

Your files: the Application is designed to manage files locally on your device. The Service Provider does not collect or upload the contents of your files unless you explicitly use a feature that shares a file with another app.

The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

The Application uses third-party advertising services (such as AdMob) to display ads to users. These services may use cookies, device identifiers, and other technologies to show personalized or non-personalized ads based on your interests and usage.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings and adjusting your preferences.

Where required by applicable laws (such as in the European Economic Area), the Application may request your consent to display personalized advertisements using a consent management solution provided by Google.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. For ad personalization controls, you can use your device's Google settings where available.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data you have provided via the Application, please contact createease.studio@gmail.com.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information and uses reasonable safeguards to protect it.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
